We acknowledge the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nations as the Traditional Owners of the land where we create and hold our festival on.

We recognise their culture and ongoing connections to this land, and pay our respects to Elders past, present, and future.

We acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded, and this was always and always will be Aboriginal land.
